Christian Pupulin (IT) - Track Engineer

He is an employee of the Ducati factory who has been assigned to work with the team. He previously worked with Nicky Hayden. His role is to ensure the optimal setting of the bike based on test data outputs. He cooperates closely with the Chief Mechanic.

Dario Massarin (IT) – Telemetrics Specialist

He is an employee of the Ducati factory. His duties include the bike's electronics, as well as downloading and evaluating all data, including speed, brake efficiency, suspension, transmission, track position, etc.

Lindo Sbaraglia (IT) – Logistics

He is an employee of the Ducati factory. His role is to ensure perfectly smooth logistics with respect to spare parts for the bike. In 2011 he was mechanic of Loris Capirossi in Pramac Racing Team.

Marco Grana (IT) – Chief Mechanic

He is a “graduate” of Ferrari's school in Marranello. He has worked with Karel Abraham for seven years now. He cooperates with Christian Pupulin to ensure optimal set-up of the bike.

Yannis Maigret (FR) – Mechanic

He has worked in the motorsport business since 1999, and in Cardion ab Motoracing since 2007. He is in charge of “inlet components”, i.e. fuel supply, injection and engine electronics. He usually disassembles and reassembles the entire system several times over one racing weekend.

Martin Havlíček (CZ) – Mechanic

His role is to inspect the entire transmission and clutch at the end of a practice/racing day. He takes care of the front of the bike. He used to work for the Blata company, a Blansko-based minibike manufacturer. He has worked for Karel Abraham since his minibike racing days, i.e. for eleven years now.

Martin Nesvadba (CZ) – Mechanic

This team member, nicknamed Bart, is in charge of the bike's frame and rear part. He must be able to perfectly fix the bike if the rider falls. Just like Martin Havlíček, he is a former Blata employee. When Karel Abraham made the podium for the first time, i.e. in Japan, Martin quit smoking.

Pietro Berti (IT) – Mechanic

He is in charge of tires, their preparation, inspection, storage and warming. He also drives the team's truck. He has worked in the motorcycle championship series since 2002. Imola is his favourite place.
