On rain and dry we began promisingly in Brno

Karel Abraham tried wet and dry track condition during free practices on Masaryk circuit. In opening free practice in home Grand Prix of Czech Republic, the Czech rider reached eighteenth place, and under rain, in the afternoon he finished on sixteenth position.

"In the morning everything was going well, even that we still struggle with a few technical problems. The afternoon session was quite wild. At first we could not start the bike, thus i had to take second bike and immediately started to rain so i had to return to garage to change tyres. On wet i rode quite good time, the track started to get dry really soon so in real there were not so many laps on wet. Tomorrow should be raining, but on Sunday we expect sunny weather. I prefer for sure dry conditions. Also for fans. Today there were lots of them. There is really nice atmosphere.“

“In the morning we started to work with setting from Indianapolis to find out if we would have same problems as we had in America. Unfortunately it has been confirmed, however we found some way how to figure it out. In the afternoon, we could not try it due to the rain, but Karel rode good time on wet track. This is good news; if we have rain tomorrow we should be competitive. Tomorrow we have to try what we haven't met today and be prepared in best way for qualifying.
