We are in seventh row in Jerez

Karel Abraham finished 20th in qualifying of the Grand Prix of Spain in Jerez as he has been struggling with technical problems on hot track.

„Twentieth position is not nothing good, but it is not so bad if we take in account our struggle. All riders on Hondas have similar times, only Laverty got under 1:40. The track is very slippery as the temperature grows. It will be difficult to save the tyres for a whole race, if it is so hot tomorrow.”

„Positive thing is that we rode our best lap alone. I believe that if we had ridden in the group we would be able to break limit of 1:40. We still fight with rear shock absorber temperature. Tomorrow we will try to change setting of the front and rear suspension to make Karel more confident on the bike. I think it is not impossible to fight for points tomorrow. But it will be hard both for the rider and for the bike.”
