„We managed to improve our lap time. But obviously I can´t be satisfied with our final result as we were faster during the test. We´re not suffering any significant problems, we have just to tune a few things, but today it didn't work out. Tomorrow we must focus on the start and on few first laps as we need to stay in contact with the leading group. I´m staying with another Honda riders and Stefan on Yamaha just behind satellite Ducati riders, who are very strong on straights. So it will be very hard to overtake them and stay in touch.”

„Twentieth place is nothing we would be happy about. On the other hand it is good to see that we are losing just about 150 thousands to best fifteen. Unfortunately, Karel lost one fast lap because Jack Miller crashed in front of him. Then we have tried new tyre, but we did not ride one lap without any mistake and can´t improve our best. We were fighting to reach low 1:55, but we could not make it. During the last free practice session we tried to ride simulation of the race and results were positive - Karel was riding really good time at the beginning as well as at the end. So we can think about points.“
