We won´t enter the Sunday´s race

Due to the injury the Czech rider Karel Abraham will not enter the Sunday´s race at Montmeló circuit, Barcelona. After a heavy crash in Saturday´s free practice was the rider diagnosed with first left toe dislocation. Abraham underwent the full anesthesia surgery later in the afternoon on Saturday.

„Unfortunatelly I cannot enter the race today. I underwent full anesthesia surgery yesterday in the afternoon. Doctors returned dislocated bone back to it´s original position and fixed it with some special wires, which are drilled into the bone. I was back to hospital this morning just to check the injury and wanted to try the race. Later today I wasn´t permitted to enter the race. Within twenty-four hours after anesthesia, you cannot ride the bike. Plus I assumed there would be still a problem with putting on the boots. I don´t wanna make any predictions now about next race. We´ll see.“
